Theresa Williams, IT/production manager, combines a creative eye with technical savvy. She prepares final electronic files for GCF jobs and approves internal production for publications, websites, and e-media projects. In a field where technology is constantly changing, Theresa is constantly learning. She keeps GCF ahead of the technological curve and fully informed on the latest software programs, plug-ins, and applications.

Before joining GCF, Theresa worked as a typographer, web developer, and freelance designer for a number of area organizations and agencies such as RM&D, Legg Mason, VisualLee, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. When she is not chasing down pixels in Photoshop or kerning character pairs in InDesign or Quark, Theresa enjoys being with her children, Casey and Sarah. An enthusiastic community volunteer, Theresa's work as a coach and mentor with a local equine-based 4-H club helps area youth develop confidence and leadership skills.
