Kaitlin Pugh, account manager, communicates daily with our clients. She tracks the development of project planning, coordinates research and design phases with in-house staff and GCF affiliates, and maintains detailed records of past work and works-in-progress. In addition, Katie assists Brenda in client meetings and with speaking engagements at conferences and workshops.
A true right-brain, left-brain thinker, Katie combines strengths in project management with in-depth expertise in design, marketing, and print production. Katie knows how to manage the details while keeping a steady eye on the big picture. She is at home with a wide range of software programs from FileMaker to Adobe Illustrator to Photoshop.
Katie is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in graphic design and minors in advertising, marketing, and art history. Her experience as a tour guide and student ambassador for the York College admissions office gives her an insider's perspective on many of the challenges facing our clients.
When Katie wants to get away from it all, you can find her playing lacrosse, dodgeball, and soccer with area teams, or relaxing with friends and her dog, Saki. |
