Jenny Hoffman, freelance writer and editor, has worked with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations throughout most of her career. Her strengths are revising text for clarity, accuracy, and style; proofreading; and writing both technical and creative copy.
In 2003, Jenny founded Clarity Communications to provide services ranging from editing to researching and composing a document from scratch. In addition to GCF, clients include Maryland Institute College of Art, American Foundation for Urological Disease, the Loading Dock of Baltimore, ForeWord Magazine, and The Baltimore Sun.
Jenny has worked with GCF on the following accounts: Harpeth Hall School, La Salle University, the Kalmar Nyckel, Union College, University of Indianapolis, Vanderbilt University, York College of Pennsylvania, and, most recently, Widener University. She has also co-authored papers for the American Marketing Association, represented GCF at CASE district conferences, and composed quarterly online newsletters for GCF.
Before moving to Baltimore in 2000, Jenny coordinated corporate communications for TCBY Enterprises in Little Rock, Arkansas. She began her writing career as an associate editor of magazines at Leisure Arts, Inc. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English. |
